Around a strong ethical commitment


Catherine brings more than 20 years of IT experience to Giudicelli International.

In these 20 years, she led large transformation programs in complex multicultural environments, including full End-to-End ERP implementation. She has hired, motivated, and managed high performing international teams of up to 50 people.

Catherine's IT experience spans across various industries including financial services, media, entertainment and leisure, industrial goods manufacturing as well as the public sector - she held the CIO position at Vivendi Universal Corporate, was Domain Director for Alcan SAP Skills Center, and most recently lead major structural transformation programs for Europcar International. Wearing her « IT hat », she supported business service functions such as HR, finance and e-commerce.

Since 2007, Catherine has advised large multinational companies on various transformation programs including: outsource development for an offshore factory, implementation of a Web Content Management program, set-up of a Java factory, among others.

Catherine holds a Masters of Science in Information Technology and Computer Sciences from Ecole Supérieure d’Informatique, Paris.

Catherine speaks fluent French and English.



Before joining the executive search industry in 2012, Clémence spent 10 years working for one of the global leaders in engineering solutions and R&D services. As a business unit director, she managed a team of consultants advising clients in a wide range of sectors, such as automotive, telecommunications and consumer goods. She also participated in the international growth of the company by driving strategic global accounts world-wide in the industrial sector. Acting as the focal point for the senior management of large companies, she steered complex projects and partnered with them to increase values in their strategic developments.

As an International Executive Search Consultant, she now works with clients at every level of their organizations, as a trusted advisor for executives and non-executive directors. Her specialisation is based on an astute knowledge of the industrial sector, particularly in regard to companies with a strong orientation toward innovation.

Clémence graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bordeaux, and has lived in France, Switzerland and Germany. She is fluent in French and English, and she is comfortable speaking German.



Marc brings more than 30 years of experience to Giudicelli International as Senior Partner.

Since graduating from E.N.A. (Ecole nationale d’Administration), Marc has held various leadership positions, together with advisory roles and operational assignments, within the public, private and not-for-profit arenas.

After an appointment as Financial Magistrate (chambre des comptes d’Ile-de-France), he held a leading role in Human Resources and Trade Unions relations with Groupe Générale des Eaux. In 1993 he was appointed as Deputy Head of the Information Service for the Prime Minister (then Edouard Balladur) and in 1995 he became Director of the Institut National de la Consommation (National Institute of Consumers) and its publishing arm. In parallel he was appointed to COMUTA (the national council of air customers), by the French Minister of Transport, first as Member in 1996 and then President in 2003.

Marc left INC in 2000 to become the General Delegate of the E.N.A Alumni Association, where he developed programmes on career development and recruitment for senior leaders from both private and public sectors. He was also elected in 2004 as Chairman of Aperf-Avenir, the first long term pension scheme for executive level civil servants, before an appointment as “Conservateur des Hypotheques de Paris”.

Marc is fluent in French and English.



Véronique comes to Giudicelli International with a wide range of experiences in the Health Industry, Hospitals, and Executive Search in both Operations and HR Consulting.

After receiving her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (DVM, Maisons-Alfort, Paris, 1990), she spent six years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, first with Sanofi-Aventis and then with MSD. Following this, she spent six years practicing veterinary medicine.
She then developed and managed a Contract Research organization specializing in large animal surgical research at IMM Recherche, Montsouris Hospital, Paris. This Center enables medical technology industrials to lead and pursue early R&D projects, to test medical devices in-vivo or train clients in the use of the latest devices.

Véronique began Executive Search Consulting in 2000, and brings to this field a solid background with a focus in Health and Life Sciences.
Her areas of expertise include:

With language fluency in French and English, Véronique searches for C-level, senior manager and expert positions in all functions, for small, mid-size and large international companies.

Her wealth of experience is also appreciated to provide Non-Executive Directors for boards in Europe, as well a different view on required profiled and organizations in a changing international environment.

Véronique is MBTI and OPQ 32 certified.
She is leading the Life Sciences Practice, for positions and projects in France and internationally.



Alain received his Master Degree of Sciences in Civil Engineering from INSA– Lyon in 1985 and completed his education in 6-Sigma process improvement programs and corporate finance.
He has spent 20 years in various international management positions, in the industrial sector, where he participated at the international expansion of large industrial groups –General Electric, Alstom and Fuji – as well as SME- living in many places such as Rabat, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Barcelona; he had to address complex industrial and business issues, in growth times as well as in recession times.

Alain GIUDICELLI has then entered the Executive Search Industry, working for prestigious international firms, in particular Whitehead Mann and Korn Ferry, specializing in international assignments, particularly in Europe, the Gulf and Africa, for executive search and assessments.

Alain is a member of Institut Français des Administrateurs, of Association pour le Progrès du Management, and a sponsor of MiddleNext (Mid-cap European public companies association); Alain lectures at INSEAD and ESSEC Business School on international career development and company governance.

He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, and used to speak Japanese.



Catherine brings a wealth of more than 30 years experience acquired in major leadership advisory firms.

Catherine was first involved with Spencer Stuart international searches for financial corporations and industrial conglomerates, participating in the growth and organization design of multinational corporations.

Then with Heidrick & Struggles, Catherine took part in the development of the firm in France, starting in the Finance and Real Estate Pratice before joining the international Industry and Services Pratice.

More recently, she was with a boutique executive search firm, Search Partners International, from the inception phase of the firm, serving a large spectrum of clients, from small and medium size enterprises to large corporations, either publicly, family, Private Equity or State owned.

She has developed a wide expertise in the fields of Industry, Public Services, Engineering, and Luxury across Europe.

Catherine is a graduate from Paris La Sorbonne in Foreign Languages and International Law ; she is fluent in French, English and Spanish.



Daniel started his career in the Human Resources field before joining PA International Managements Consultants, where he went on to found the Executive Search division of PA in France.

Twelve years later, he joined the Executive Search firm Neumann International, as founder and President of the French operations.
He was then promoted to Group Vice-President before being named CEO. As well as accelerating Neumann's international development, he managed worldwide operations, including the recruitment and development of international partners of the firm.

During all these years, Daniel has continued to advise CEO's and General Managers in their need to identify and bring in new leadership, covering a wide range of sectors and industries.

Daniel has been President of the French Executive Search professional association, President of the first European association and Board member of the American association.

More recently, Daniel has focused on mentoring executives in the development of their career, building upon his experience of 40 years in the leadership advisory industry.

Beside these activities, Daniel devotes time to non-profit organizations, working closely with Chairmen and CEO's of some of the largest French companies.


Before joining the Executive Search field, Marie has been working over 15 years in various international management role for German and Swiss high end industry leaders, serving iconic brands as Porsche and Mercedes or Rolex and Patek Philippe. Her career in highly challenging and technology oriented markets has driven her to advise C-level decision makers.
In 2013, she joined in Lausanne an Executive Search Boutique where she led the development of the B2B and industrial customers in Europe. She then moved to Zürich, for the most prestigious boutique Executive Search firm in Switzerland.

She holds a bachelor from the Leopold Franzen Universität in Innsbruck , Austria, and a Master's Degree specialising in Intercultural project management from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France. She' s Fluent in english, german and french.



Patricia holds a PhD in European Law, an MSc in Human Resources and a Master in Business and Life Coaching.
She has 20 years' experience working for both large and medium-sized global enterprises – first as HR Director, then as Group HR Director and Corporate Communications Director and member of the Executive and the Strategic Committees.

Patricia’s extensive HR experience – which stretches from career development, international recruitment and union negotiations to restructuring programs that involved designing and implementing compensation policies – was gained in diversified company cultures across Europe, South America, USA, Asia and Africa.

She has in-depth knowledge of how companies operate, and of the social, economic and legal constraints under which they operate. She is fully aware of the impact and consequences of such constraints on individuals: doubt, anxiety, resistance to change … which at best undermine company performance and which far too often end up causing debilitating stress and burnout.

Patricia draws on her broad experience to coach individuals to increase their effectiveness through Personal Development. In such specific situations as turnaround or post crisis management, she also coaches teams to increase collective performance.

Fluent in both French and English, she is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and has clients, both individuals and companies, across Europe.
